Courtroom Description. The Courthouse was built in 1973. The courtrooms are large, measuring approximately 35 feet wide and 47 feet long. Attorney conference rooms adjacent to some of the courtrooms are available on a limited basis. The technology for most patent trials is rented for the case. Delaware judges are very receptive to the use of courtroom technology to facilitate a clear and easy understanding of the matter. We can assist with the arrangements for courtroom setup for Markman hearings and trial. The courtrooms are very similar in appearance. Photographs of Courtroom 6A are located in the Courtroom Views section.
